Found this place on Yelp and it did not disappoint! All staff were friendly and welcoming! They had so many different flavors to pick from. They also had a wide variety of coffees and syrups. We ended up getting some for to-go. We'll definitely be back!

Food is delicious and so creative! I can't wait to go back and try more. Street parking only. Cozy and homey vibe so it's a great place to hang out and catch up with a few friends. Staff is super friendly and patient. We definitely took our time looking through their selection and making our decision. They also made sure to let us know what they were going to be coming out with because they had some pastries that weren't in the case but they were almost done in the oven.

super delicious and perfect for on the go! I got the chicken pot pie, only took around 5 minutes to order, warm up, and pick up! Looks like a nice place to chill and study as well.

Loved the fusion and flavors of Pinoyshki! A great place for a grab and go pastry. We ordered the chicken pot pie, guava and cream cheese, kulich, and a savory pastry with pork. All were so delicious. My favorite was the chicken pot pie and kulich. We couldn't finish them all at the table and took them home. They didn't travel super well and tasted much better in store. My partner and I both got mochas. I asked for decaf but don't think it was. The mochas were also SUPER chocolatey. Definitely unique, but a little too much for me.

I visit Diners Drive inns and Dives restaurants and this was on my hit list on my recent visit to Seattle. The location is excellent!!! Big bright and clean. Very good concept of space and a great view of the working area. The people behind the counter are fast friendly and very helpful. I wanted to eat everything I saw but settled for the Philippine pork belly stuffed Piroshky and it was amazing.

We recently catered from Pinoyshki for a work event, which I was very excited about! I have been wanting to try Pinoyshki since they opened earlier this year. I love the concept of Filipino-inspired Piroshkis and the bakery's name itself is also very creative and a fun pun. I enjoy the variety of items on their menu and had the opportunity to try several of their flavors at this work event. It's also cool to know that there's a monthly rotating Piroshki. If I had to choose, my favorites are the Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese (topped with everything bagel seasoning), Cheesy Kaldereta (beef stew), and the Spinach, Eggs & Cheese (not pictured). I'm very biased toward Smoked Salmon anything, so it definitely did not disappoint. I'm not usually someone who likes veggie things, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Spinach, Eggs & Cheese. I believe the Cheesy Kaldereta is the monthly Piroshki, but it should definitely be a permanent item. It was so flavorful! If you're looking for fun catering options, I would recommend Pinoyshki. Everyone was able to choose what they wanted and the clean-up was minimal. In the near future, I need to visit the actual bakery for more delicious eats!

I am hooked on this Filipino-Russian bakery. The variety of pastries, both sweet and savory, is wonderful! I keep trying new items every time, and everything is incredible. Pinoyshki's makes me want to go back to every bakery review I ever wrote and deduct a star, because none of them can compare!

This morning, I had the pleasure of enjoying a vegan sticky bun from Pinoyshki Bakery in Seattle, and wow--it was a game changer! This bakery offers a unique Filipino-Russian fusion , and yes, you heard that right! They specialize in savory piroshkies with options for both vegans and non-vegans . During my visit, I tried a couple of their savory pastries, and on my way out, they kindly threw in a vegan sticky bun for the road. Fast forward to this morning, and let me tell you, it's crazy to think this sticky bun is vegan. It tasted just like a traditional one--gooey, sweet, and perfectly sticky . If you know any vegans (or if you're one yourself), you have to bring them here! Both their vegan and non-vegan options are worth checking out, so whether you're a piroshki lover or a sticky bun enthusiast , Pinoyshki has something for everyone. Don't forget to like and follow for more foodie finds!

Pinoyshkis is an outstanding bakery somewhat new to Capitol Hill, but I understand had moved from downtown. You will notice the name starts with "Pinoy" instead of "Piro." This is because it is a combination of Russian and Filipino and the combination is fantastic. It is a full day bakery that has sweet and savory food for breakfast and savory food (with some alcohol choices) for dinner. I was there for breakfast I had the ham, bacon, eggs, and cheese piroshki for savory and then a chocolate croissant. Both were absolutely delicious. For those who may not like the traditional piroshki, this is definitely better. The bread is not as dense as traditional piroshkis and more flavorful. Then the mix of breakfast food was just right. Then the croissant was great also, flaky and perfect. I also had a chai tea that was very good. I will definitely be back.
